Use fenugreek seeds in this way
Soak 1-2 teaspoons of seeds overnight and eat theseeds in the morning or drink them as tea.
Take 1 teaspoon of fenugreek powder twice a day before meals or at night with warm milk or water.
Making a paste of fenugreek in rose water reduces
dark circles, acne, acne marks and wrinkles.
Make a paste of the seeds and mix it with curd/aloe gel/water and apply it on the scalp to reduce dandruff, hair fall, gray hair.

fenugreek soaked in milk. After lightly roasting the flour, turn off the heat, when it cools down, add about 20 grams of desi jaggery to it, after it cools down, eating jaggery-methi crop every day for 21 days after delivery, the health of both mother and child is good. The use of fenugreek increases the milk supply and due to the proper nutrition of the
breast, the development, digestion and immunity of the child is maintained. The amount shown here is suggested for a normal woman with good digestion, appetite and health. Experiment according to the doctor's advice keeping in mind the appetite, digestion and other food intake of every pregnant woman.
8. Fenugreek ladles to cure tingling hands and feet
Roast fenugreek seeds in cow ghee and make powder after cooling. . Add wheat flour, jaggery, cow's ghee, ginger and make it like sukhdi, add fenugreek powder roasted in ghee and roll the ladle. Eating this mujab laddu in the morning breakfast keeping digestion in mind is beneficial in tingling hands and feet.
